One benefit of switching to a self-contained bundle for the front end rendering of Query Monitor is that we can start using it elsewhere.
Let's build a browser extension so you can use QM from your browser dev tools as an alternative to using the in-page panel. We basically just need some messaging between the page and the dev tools panel and some small tweaks to the behaviour when in extension mode.
