This PR follows my own question on frappe/helm/issues/253 and updates the
README.mdto reflect the current status of Bitnami subcharts following their changes and the adaptations made to the ERPNext Chart.While the Bitnami repository remains the default for the time being to ensure backward compatibility for existing deployments, we are now encouraging users to migrate toward alternative subcharts (*-sts, valkey, or dragonfly) for new installations.
