Describe the bug
When opening any Python or JavaScript “Start” tutorial in the MakeCode micro:bit editor using Firefox, the hint content panel overlaps the Immersive Reader icon once the hint content exceeds three lines.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to https://makecode.microbit.org/beta in the Firefox browser.
2. Launch any Python or JavaScript Start Tutorial.
3. In the tutorial panel, scroll down until the hint content exceeds three lines.
4. Observe the hint content panel and Immersive Reader Icon.

Actual behavior
In Firefox, the hint content panel overlaps with the Immersive Reader icon when the content spans more than three lines.

Expected behavior
In Firefox, the hint content panel should not overlap with the Immersive Reader icon and should remain visually consistent with the behavior observed in Chrome and Edge.
