Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add the interrobang (‽) to the accent picker for the question mark or exclamation mark key (I think question mark makes more sense).

Scenario when this would be used?

Instead of having to remember the alt code or look it up on a search engine, this is much faster. I always try using it from powertoys before realising it is not there.
