Add link to full commit log to comparison page

On the release comparison page, it would be useful to have a link to the full commit log.

I'm new to this project and exploring contributions, possibly for GSoC 2026. I found this "good first issue" and would love to help.

I noticed that PR #192 was linked to this issue. Is this issue still open and available to be worked on, or did that PR already resolve it?
